Group Personal Training &Fitness Coaching

We design a nutrition and workout program just for your fitness goals and needs. This coaching program aslo comes with 4 coaching calls per month plus Group Personal Training. This is a great way to achieve results in a high powered manner. Group Training coupled with Coaching is a sure way for immediate results. You will be coached to fitness success and given the tools to keep you accountable. "The key to success is having a great support team"

Group Personal Training

Group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate, plus working out in the same room with others pushes you to a new effort level.  We have established groups that you can join and can help you receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals.

Our Group Personal Training workouts can vary but generally include a fairly intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements.  You can expect to do calisthenics, such as squats, push-ups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. In essence, our workout is a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Group Personal Traininng is setup for all persons at all levels of fitness. we have not met capacity yet, there is still room for more!
